Dusty

Well, Dusty got claimed today by his 'supposed' owner. The lunatic next door called the Sheriff's Department and said that we had his dog. Said that last night was the first time he'd seen him, which is a bald faced lie, but we can't prove anything. So, of course, there's going to be the mess of every time he comes over here because we're certain he will. Oh well, I guess that's where the ADA comes in.

I'm having a very difficult time dealing with this. I just can't figure out what it is that God's trying to show me in all this. If it's tolerance and patience, I'm failing miserably.

Addition to post: It's 1:55 and Dusty is already back over here. Steve left home and didn't put him on a leash, rope, take him with him or anything. This won't be over anytime soon, will it?

Next addition: 5:10 p.m. Spoke with the ADA and she said that as long as Dusty isn't tied up he can't say we're keeping his dog. We also called the SD, per her instructions, and made a report of what was going on and that the dog was back over here.
